“Micheal is responsible for processing payments, maintaining cost reports, Updating workshop financial spreadsheets with daily transactions, Preparing balance sheets Tracking, reconciling bank statements and managing workshop invoices.”

“Nathan works as an ICT personnel for the workshop to organise, direct, control and coordinate the acquisition of ICT development, maintenance and use of computer and telecommunication systems within organisations. He also helps in sales and Marketing of the workshop through adverting and videos to bring in more projects.”

“Ivan is our workshop Manager who works and heads the metal fabrication and Carpentry team, He also operates as an overall supervisor of all our daily work at the workshop, ensuring that all work and projects are done and best work is produced.”

“Joshua gives a great support to the workshop through technical work thus repairing of workshop machines, does all electrical connections,and ensuring that workshop machines run on the required power required for each, he also helps in metal fabrication and carpentry work”

“Jackson deals much in metal fabrication at the workshop working together with the other fabricators to ensure that fabrication projects are run faster and smart work is produced”

“Samson is both a fabricator and a trainer and a designer as well,he gives a great support to the workshop while skilling other young people to become like him”

“Yusuf does more of Carpentry work, he is also Carpentry Trainer and metal fabricator”

“Frank is both a fabricator and a Plasma Cutting specialist, he does more work with the CNC machine and he is centered at the Kajjansi workshop”

“Faith is our cook and she prepares most of our delicious lunch meals everytime we are working”
